Glentoran defender MJ Kamson-Kamara has agreed to join Scottish Premiership runners-up Hearts on a four-year contract. The 20-year-old spent the past season on loan with Glentoran, where he made 31 appearances and scored five goals. He started in the BetMcLean Cup final as the Glens were pipped by rivals Linfield but he did play his part as the east Belfast side secured European qualification. Kamson-Kamara's arrival will go some way to replenishing Hearts' centre-back options after they announced that Lewis Neilson and Frankie Kent will be leaving after their contracts expired this summer. Long-time leaders Hearts came within minutes of clinching the William Hill Premiership title before being pipped by Celtic in a dramatic decider.
